Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at deepsoch.com and any product, tool, API, or service published by Deepsoch AI Private Limited(“Deepsoch AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Individual products or engagements may have their own terms that apply in addition to these. Where they conflict, the product‑specific terms take precedence for that product.

Deepsoch AI Private Limited is a DPIIT‑recognised Indian company (DIPP248947) incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with engineering operations in Bangalore and our registered office in Mumbai. We build AI tools, produce AI video, operate a self‑hosted GPU cluster, and run entertainment IP.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You will not:

• Interfere with the site's availability or integrity.
• Attempt to access systems, data or accounts that are not yours.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse‑engineer or automate the site in a way that harms us or other users.
• Upload or transmit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful.
• Misrepresent yourself or pretend to be another person, company or entity.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you agree that we may reply on the same channel using the contact details you provided. We use email, phone and WhatsApp only as described in our Privacy Policy: in reply to you, for transactional updates tied to a request or product, or for marketing only after explicit opt‑in. You can opt out of marketing messages on any channel at any time by replying STOP on that channel or by emailing privacy@deepsoch.com.

You agree not to use the messaging channels we publish (forms, email inboxes, phone, WhatsApp) to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, malware, phishing, harassment, content that violates law, or content that breaches Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy. We may block or refuse to respond to channels that we reasonably believe are being used in this way.

Some of our products require you to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@deepsoch.com as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.

The site, our products, their source code, designs, trademarks, logos and all related materials are owned by Deepsoch AI or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited right to browse the site for personal or business evaluation, we grant you no licence to copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of our materials without our prior written consent.

When you send us briefs, job applications, files, comments or other content (“Your Content”), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use Your Content for the purpose it was submitted for (for example, to evaluate a brief, review a CV or deliver a service).

You confirm that Your Content does not infringe any third‑party rights, does not contain confidential information you are not authorised to share, and complies with applicable law.

Our products may produce output generated by machine‑learning models (“AI Output”). Unless stated otherwise in a product‑ specific agreement, AI Output is provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output for accuracy, appropriateness and any rights clearance before you use, publish or rely on it.

You must not use our products to generate material that violates law, infringes third‑party rights, creates non‑consensual or deceptive content, or targets minors.

The site may link to third‑party websites, services or content. Deepsoch AI does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of third parties. Your use of third‑ party services is governed by the terms of those services.

The site and any information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the site or our products will always be available, timely, secure or error‑free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepsoch AI, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the site or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the six (6) months before the claim arose, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Deepsoch AI harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of any law or third‑party right in connection with the site or our products.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any product at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are using our services to harm others, or for any legal or operational reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer‑protection rights that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted via the “Last updated” marker and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
